CIIC is an abbreviation for Cook Islands Investment Corporation. CIIC is a Statutory Corporation of the Cook Islands Government

The Corporation manages all Cook Islands Government assets including land, buildings, interests on Rarotonga and the Pa Enua (outer islands). The Corporation also manages the governance of Crown Enterprises (subsidiaries, associates, SOEs and Crown Controlled Entities) on behalf of Government. 

CIIC was created by Government through the establishment of the Cook Islands Investment Corporation Act 1998
