The Cook Islands Investment Corporation (CIIC) is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the position of General Manager Corporate Services / Chief Financial Officer (GM/CFO). This senior leadership role is crucial to the continued growth and success of CIIC and will oversee key operational functions including accounting, finance, administration (contract management and procurement), communications, and IT systems.

As the GM/CFO, you will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and work closely with the senior management team, state-owned enterprises, subsidiaries, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration across the Corporation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of corporate services, including finance, administration, procurement, communications, and IT.
  • Ensure the effective delivery of strategic financial management and reporting.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to implement and drive corporate objectives.
  • Support the CEO in achieving CIIC’s long-term goals and operational success.

  • Proven leadership experience in corporate services and financial management.
  • Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and financial strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
