Mr. Fua is the Director of the National Environment Service, leading initiatives in environmental policy, conservation and sustainable development. With a strong background in leadership, he previously served as CEO of the Cook Islands Tourism Corporation. His expertise in policy development, financial management, and stakeholder engagement supports CIIC’s mission of responsible asset stewardship and sustainable growth. Additionally, “his leadership across multiple sectors, particularly in tourism, infrastructure, and environmental sustainability, will be invaluable as CIIC continues to strengthen its role in managing public assets and investments for the benefit of all Cook Islanders,” said Minister Nicholas.
