Join Our Team: Buildings & Projects Manager
Location: Cook Islands Investment Corporation (CIIC)
Division: Asset Management Division
Reports to: General Manager, Asset Management Division

The Cook Islands Investment Corporation (CIIC) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Buildings & Projects Manager to lead and manage our Buildings and Projects Unit. This role is vital in ensuring the maintenance and improvement of public buildings, as well as the successful delivery of small to medium-sized projects, including major refurbishments and some new construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and deliver maintenance and project execution within budgets and deadlines.
• Lead and develop a dedicated team within the Buildings and Projects Unit.
• Oversee budget management, identifying opportunities for cost savings and ensuring compliance.
• Act as the second in charge of the Asset Management Division in the absence of the General Manager.
• Promote workplace health and safety, maintaining a safe environment across all projects.
• Foster positive relationships with stakeholders and ensure clear communication.

What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or project management (essential); postgraduate qualification or certification in health and safety (desirable).
Experience: 10+ years in project management and public building maintenance, with proven leadership and financial management expertise.
Skills: Project management, strategic planning, budgeting, team leadership, and stakeholder communication.
