To guide CIIC’s director selection process a sector specific board profile for each statutory entity and crown corporate entity has been compiled to ensure an optimal combination of skills, knowledge and experience which will be recorded in an up to date register of potential and current directors.

The Crown Enterprise include but are not limited to:

• Airport Authority Cook Islands (AA)
• Avaroa Cable Limited (ACL)
• Bank of the Cook Islands (BCI)
• Cook Islands Investment Corporation (CIIC)
• Cook Islands Investment Corporation Seabed Resources Limited (CIICSR)
• Cook Islands Ports Authority (PA)
• Te Aponga Uira (TAU)
• Te Mana Uira o Araura (TMU)
• To Tatou Vai Limited (TTV)
• and others.

To register your interest you must complete an expression of interest form via the link below. Once the form is submitted, please submit a copy of your Resume/CV and 1x copy of your current ID (ie. Cook Islands Drivers License) must be emailed to ciic_directorships_interests@cookislands.gov.ck
