Eleanor Keukura Roi was appointed to the Cook Islands Investment Corporation Board of Directors in 2021 following a 4-year tenure serving as Director on the Cook Islands Ports Authority Board. Hailing from Ngati Uritaua of Avatiu, the Roi family resides in Tereora Heights, Nikao. Mrs Roi has extensive experience as an executive and is currently the Co-Chief Executive Officer of Maritime Cook Islands as well as Head of the Seafarer Training & Certification Department of the company, Chief Executive Officer of Cook Islands Ship Owners Association, Directors of Cook Islands Yacht Squadron and has recently been appointed as a Director of Vodafone Cook Islands. Eleanor has vast knowledge and experience of the maritime industry both locally and internationally and is a Cook Islands representative to the International Maritime Organization based in London. Mrs Roi was officially appointed to the CIIC Board on 22 June 2021.
