Are you ready for your next challenge?

Do you have an eye for detail and pride yourself on contributing to making a real difference by helping to keep Cook Islands’ public spaces well-maintained and vibrant?

Cook Islands Investment Corporation (CIIC) is seeking Expressions of Interest from individuals, groups, and businesses for the maintenance of parks, reserves, sports facility grounds and other open spaces in Rarotonga, Aitutaki and Mangaia.

CIIC CEO Allan Jensen says whether you’re an experienced groundskeeper or contractor, a community group working towards a special project, a sports club or a family or individual who believes you have something to give back – this is your chance to play an active role in beautifying and maintaining the places and outdoor spaces we all love and enjoy.

“This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference by helping to keep our islands beautiful,” Mr Jensen says.

The scope of services includes lawn mowing, pruning trees, cleaning small drainage systems, rubbish collection and disposal and general upkeep and maintenance.

After the Expressions of Interest phase, those who meet the pre-qualification criteria, will be invited to take part in the formal Request for Proposal (RFP) process.

The RFP will provide detailed information and criteria for the ground’s maintenance contracts across various sites in Rarotonga, Aitutaki and Mangaia.

To express your interest, simply visit the CIIC website at: www.ciic.gov.ck and fill in and complete the online form.

For further assistance and information, email: vasie.poila@cookislands.gov.ck

The closing date for all submissions is Saturday 26 October at 4pm.
