Location: Cook Islands Investment Corporation (CIIC)
Division: Land & Legal Division
Reports to: General Manager, Land & Legal

The Cook Islands Investment Corporation (CIIC) is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Land & Legal Office Administrator to support the Land & Legal Division. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of the division by providing administrative, clerical and financial assistance.

About the Role

The Land & Legal Office Administrator is responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality administrative and clerical support.
  • Assisting with payment processing, invoice management, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinating meetings and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring efficient office operations to support the Land & Legal team.
