Procurement

CIIC regularly purchases goods and services from local and international markets to support its operations and implement projects.

As a Government funded and owned entity, CIIC’s procurement processes follow the Cook Islands Government Procurement Policy. The Gov Procurement Policy documents are available on the MFEM website.

Small Works Registration >

Local contractors who wish to undertake small works, being jobs/projects valued below $100,000, are encouraged to register here.

This registration process will enable you to receive notifications of small work opportunities via your nominated email address, for your selected job preferences. This registration process does not include notifications of contract work advertised through a public tender. Contractors wishing to receive notifications for higher value works should register as a supplier on the e-Government procurement portal.

Current Contracting Opportunities >

Here you will find CIICs open Requests for Tenders, Quotes or Expressions of Interests. The majority of those listed are for goods or services valued over $100,000 although some may be for less. Please note that for all Requests for Tenders (estimated to cost $200,000 or more), proposals must be submitted through the e-Government procurement portal.

Procurement Pipeline >

The procurement pipeline is a list of key contracting activities planned for the next 6 to 12 months. It includes proposed contracts for goods or services valued at $100,000 or more. The pipeline is refreshed on a monthly basis, as situations may change. Note that the above link will open in a separate application.
