The Cook Islands Investment Corporation (CIIC) invites proposals from experienced consultants to develop a Strategic Plan for Disaster Response, strengthening CIIC’s resilience in supporting agencies, communities and the Pa Enua during emergencies.

Key objectives include:

  • Creating Emergency Response, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plans.
  • Risk identification and impact assessments.
  • Aligning CIIC plans with national disaster frameworks.
  • Capacity building and stakeholder engagement.

Key deliverables:

  • Comprehensive Strategic Plan with a detailed implementation roadmap.
  • Testing and simulation exercises to validate disaster management strategies.

Project duration: 3 months
